DELIVERY TIME

Upon shipping your order, you'll receive a tracking link with details on the expected delivery date.

The standard delivery time ranges from 7 to 14 working days.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty product or your item malfunctions within 7 days of receipt, please contact us at 69toy.in@gmail.com. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days for inspection to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange. Our customer service team will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

After receiving and inspecting the return, you will be notified. Our customer care team will then inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the original method of payment or credit card within 5-7 business days.

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account. Additionally, contact your credit card company; the refund posting may take some time. If the issue persists, contact your bank.
