Exchange Policy

Exchange Time Frame

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned within this time frame in order for the exchange request to be processed.

Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product received is faulty or defective

  • Product received is incorrect or different from the order

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact.

Please note that minor color variations between the product image and the actual item may occur due to lighting or screen differences, and such differences are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to return the product to our address. After receiving the returned item, our warehouse team will inspect it. If the product meets the exchange conditions, the replacement will be dispatched.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for exchange. Please use a reliable and economical courier service. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

Shipping Costs

The return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning the product.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.

Proof for Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is required as proof to process any exchange request.

Product Stock Availability

If the same product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value from our website. If the replacement product has a higher price, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), you are required to accept the shipment at the time of delivery. In case of refusal, you will be responsible for both forward and return shipping charges, which must be paid before placing any future orders.

Refund Policy

At 69TOYS, we always aim to serve you with the best possible service and ensure smooth delivery of every order. However, to maintain fairness, hygiene, and operational efficiency, our Order Cancellation Policy is detailed below for your understanding.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched or on the same day of placing your order, a 15% deduction will apply from the total order value.
This deduction covers payment gateway fees, packing, handling, and processing charges. The refund for eligible cancellations will be processed back to your original payment method within the standard time frame.


2. Cancellation After Order Processing:
If your order has already been processed or packed (on the same day or the following day), cancellation becomes difficult. In such cases, approval of refund or partial credit depends entirely on the 69TOYS management’s discretion.
We always try to help our customers, but please understand that once the packing and logistics process starts, we incur fixed operational costs.


3. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, refund is strictly not possible.
This is because after dispatch, several costs are already charged to us — including courier handling fees, packaging materials, shipping costs, and hygiene clearance.

For orders cancelled after dispatch, customers will receive a store credit for the remaining amount (after deductions).
Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support Team for special cases — they will review your request and provide a final decision based on our internal review.


4. Hygiene & Safety Clause:
As our products fall under personal and hygienic care items, once dispatched, opened, or handled by the courier, they cannot be reused or resold.
This is to maintain the safety and hygiene of every customer and to comply with product safety regulations.


5. Refund Timelines:
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used during checkout (no exceptions).
