RETURNS POLICY
7-Day Return Policy:
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing.
Return Process:
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Refund Process:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@69toy.in for exchanges.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit. If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver.
Shipping:
To return a product, email us at support@69toy.in. For manufacturing defects, your device will be picked up. If found functional, it will be returned to you.
